Alloy Wheels

Kerbed and scuffed alloys if left un-repaired can result in the spread of oxidation leading to more expensive repairs at a later date. Without removing the wheel from the tyre or even the wheel from the vehicle we can repair paint damage on site restoring the wheel to its original factory finish.

Scratches

Only the scratched area itself is repaired and not the entire panel. Using ourLechler fan deck system it is possible to select the actual colour shade where a multi-shade coloured panel has been damaged or paintwork has faded as a result of ultraviolet exposure and weathering.

The scratch is sanded and/or filler/primer applied to re-instate the damaged surface to its true level, The area is then re-coloured &lacquered.

Dents

Repaired using body-filler and sanded to provide a smooth contour matching that of the existing panel. The repair area is then primed, coloured and lacquered to blend into the surrounding panel area making the original dent difficult to distinguish .

Cracked Bumper

Exterior mouldings, mirror casings, bumpers and motorcycle fairings, which have become cracked, need not necessarily be replaced. In many cases plastic welding can remedy the crack and subsequent re-finishing techniques makes the part look as good as new at a fraction of replacement costs. Texture and colour is applied to the plastic component to ensure remedial works exactly replicate the original factory fitted item.

Colour Coded Bumper Scuff

Exterior mouldings, mirror casings, bumpers and motorcycle fairings, which have become scuffed, need not be fully painted. Texture (where necessary) and matching colour is applied to the plastic component then lacquered to ensure remedial works exactly replicate the original factory fitted item.

Diamondbrite Paint and Fabric Protection For Your Vehicle

Due to environmental demands, car manufacturers now have to use water based paints. These while being environmentally safe, are prone to fading and oxidization.

Diamondbrite is made from refined rock oils that are formulated into a two stage process so that each product compliments the next and builds up to create a tough durable glaze. If the entire process is carried out by an approved Diamondbrite applicator, the resulting protective finish is guaranteed for six years from the date the product is applied.

The hard, high gloss protective skin that Diamondbrite creates, prevents road salts, traffic film, acid rain, fallout from factories, tree sap, insect fluid and other atmospheric pollutants from contacting directly with your cars paintwork. Fading from ultraviolet light is virtually eliminated as is nitrate etching caused by bird droppings (as long as it is washed off within 7 Days and retreated with Diamondbrite Conserver).

Once treated with the Diamondbrite process you will never have to polish your car again. Your vehicle will look as good as it did when it left the showroom thereby improving its resale value. Another major benefit of Diamondbrite’s high gloss finish is the ease with which dirt and grime is washed off the paintwork.

To maintain the vehicles appearance, simply wash down using Diamondbrite Car Shampoo followed by use of the Conserver on a monthly basis (as a rinse aid not a polish). This product is supplied when the Diamondbrite is applied. Further supplies of these products can be obtained from your dealer or direct from Jewelultra. The worlds leading airlines use Conserver to protect the paint on their aircraft.

The vehicle can be washed as many times as required. The use of the Conserver maintains the protection and if used monthly will ensure maximum protection for 6 years. Certain other competitors products available do not have a maintenance procedure as part of the process. It has been proven that with these products, after a few months of normal use will deplete and eventually disappear altogether leaving no protection.

In order to maintain the paint and fabric protection to its optimum level an annual inspection is recommended. This inspection is normally carried out by your supplying dealer.

With Diamondbrite the vehicle can be passed through a car wash or jet wash as many times as necessary, as long as 25ml of Conserver is placed on the front panels and bonnet. The car wash/jet wash will then distribute the chemical all over the paint ensuring continued protection. It should be noted that Jewelultra do not recommend the use of mechanical car washes as it has been known for them in extreme cases to remove pieces of trim and scratch paintwork.
